Returning Golden Glow® branded products.
A Golden Glow® “branded” product is any product that displays the Golden Glow Natural Health Products Logo/Label. These products are covered under our unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, please contact Golden Glow customer service on 1300 363 656 for a return authorisation.
Returning Non-Golden Glow® branded products.
Includes all brands other than Golden Glow®. These products have a conditional 30 day money back guarantee.
For a full refund: • on faulty goods, products are to be returned within 30 days of purchase. • if you’ve simply changed your mind or have made a wrong decision, goods are to be returned in their original and re-saleable condition (i.e. unopened and unused) within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds for Golden Glow® and non-Golden Glow® branded products will not be accepted for refund outside the 30 day period. All refunds will be credited by way of initial payment type (e.g. credit card) and refunds will be for the cost of goods only. Refunds for delivery expense will be offered should the product be faulty and you do not want the goods to be replaced. Any non-Golden Glow® products that are not faulty and have been returned opened or used will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Please note: Food items can not be returned or refunded – this includes EasiYo products. EasiYo can be contacted directly on 1800 624 944.
Non-Golden Glow branded products (except food items) can be returned after an authorisation has been given. Returning products to Golden Glow is free within Australia.
