Dosage:
Serving suggestion for capsules: Take 1 to 5 capsules with food twice daily. If
taking Maca Gold™ capsules, 3 capsules = ½ teaspoon, 5 capsules = 1
teaspoon. It is best to start by taking 3 capsules (½ level teaspoon) twice daily
until your “wellbeing” has returned, then reduce the amount to 1-2 capsules (¼
level teaspoon) twice daily as a maintenance amount (1 teaspoon = 2.8g).
