Dosage:
Adults: Chew or swallow 1-2 tablets just
before consuming dairy foods such as milk, pizza,
cheese or ice cream. Repeat the dose if continuing
to eat dairy after one hour. Up to 12 tablets a
day. Adjust dose to suit your individual needs.
