I order all of my products on your website. Can I redeem my points on-line?
At the moment you must send your redemption points back to us for your free product. You can continue to purchase product on-line it’s only the redemption that must be posted to us.
I can’t get the sticker off the lid of my Co-Q10 bottle, what should I do?
If you have problems taking the stickers off your bottles just cut the lid off and post them back to us – don’t forget to tell us who you are and which free product you would like.

Members
In redeeming Q10 points you become a member (“Member”) of the Club Q10 and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any variation to them from time to time. The Program is operated and managed by MCP Direct Pty Ltd ABN 78 113 556 488 (‘Golden Glow Natural Health Products’). Golden Glow Natural Health Products may refuse to accept a person as a Member of the Program at its discretion.
Redemption Points
Any redemption points issued as a result of fraud, dishonesty or error, or that relate to a purchase by the Member that is subsequently cancelled or refunded, will be cancelled by Golden Glow Natural Health Products. Points and any benefit that they confer are not property, do not have any cash or monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with. Members must submit original stickers to claim redemption points. Golden Glow Natural Health Products will not accept photocopies. Lost stickers will not be replaced or redeemed by Golden Glow Natural Health Products.
Club Q10
Once a Member has accumulated the correct number of points, they may use such points to request a product listed on the redemption sheet. Club Q10 points cannot be redeemed for cash and may only be used in whole and not in part. No cash refund will be made where the Club Q10 balance on the redemption sheet exceeds the value of the items purchased. Free product received via redemption can under no circumstances be returned for a refund for any reason.
Changes to the Program
Golden Glow Natural Health Products may at any time, at its discretion and with or without prior notice to Members, change these terms and conditions suspend or terminate the Program or cancel a person’s membership, even if this would: reduce or eliminate the number, value or length of validity of, redemption points already issued. Golden Glow Natural Health Products will use all reasonable endeavors to notify Members of any significant changes to the Program.
