Tastes just like a chocolate Paddle Pop Review by JillR

There is a little bit of work required to make this, as you need time to partly freeze then re-beat, as with making other icecreams. I didn't manage to get it to be as light and fluffy as I would like, but it had a nice firm texture and tasted exactly like a chocolate Paddle Pop. Yummy. It is great to know that you can have a nice sweet after the main dinner meal that you don't have to feel guilty about!
