Detoxification

Have you ever thought about the range of synthetic chemicals, heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, plasticisers, petrochemicals, other toxins and industrial pollutants, and artificial food additives that we are exposed to daily - chemicals that we may eat, inhale, or absorb through our skin- and whether these may affect our health?

Detoxification is the removal of toxic substances from our body. Did you know that our bodies are undergoing constant detoxification, every day? Our natural detoxification mechanisms help to remove our natural wastes as well as other unwanted substances, our liver, kidneys, bowels, skin and lungs all work together in the removal process. Sometimes, however, our bodies may not be able to cope with the detoxification process and some of these impurities can accumulate in the body, which may contribute to feeling unwell.
